Ready for Fall Classes to Begin

With everyone else going back to school, it makes me excited to return to our 'classroom' and begin the fall yoga session.  Taking a few week break is always good for me.  Time to reset, refocus, and reengage.  We returned from moving our oldest child to college last week.  I did not realize how intensive that time was until I returned home to a calmer state of being.  That is a huge step for her, of which she was ready.  I think it is a big step for me, which i don't know i would ever be ready for.  So I am employing all my yoga knowledge that I can to get my mind to quiet it's painful chatter, and to let my heart assimilate to the changes that are inevitable in life.  Certainly these ideas will be sprinkled into our classes this fall.  

The other thing that will be brought to class is the knowledge I have learned from some recent classes I took on the feet and ankles, the knees, and wrists and hands.  I love being exposed to material that provides a deeper understanding of our human 'issues' in our tissues.  

So rest assured, I have been on my mat preparing for the next session... have you?
