          What is Yoga?
          The term 'yoga' means to yoke, to unite body, mind and spirit.  Yoga has been used for thousands of years as a tool to deepen spirituality and to create a desire to live more authentically.  As the body physically finds healing in proper alignment, the heart and mind find joy in the opening.  This is a practice truly for everyone, regardless of age or ability.
